If funded, agencies must implement community-based programs in collaboration with Fairfield City schools and address at least one of the following core community priorities:
- Mentoring and Tutoring
- College and Career Readiness
- Financial Literacy Programs
- On-site Vision, Medical, Dental and Maternal Health; or
- Behavioral Health and Social Supports.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants are required to clearly describe their program, primary population served, focus grade ranges and expected outcomes, with a strong emphasis on measurable impact and program evaluation. Programs should demonstrate prior experience or readiness to work in school settings and align tightly with student needs.
- inCommunity grants are intended to be utilized by organizations and nonprofits to address school priority areas in identified communities. These grants are not to be used for direct school or district support.
