The City of Irvine is committed to supporting the critical needs of their community, such as child care, food insecurity, housing, and mental health resources. The City is launching a one-time grant program for local nonprofits to provide services supporting the community’s most vulnerable individuals, families, and small businesses. Nonprofit organizations proposing community programs and direct financial assistance programs can apply for two-year grants in one of three categories:
- Vulnerable Populations Grants
- Small Business Assistance Grants
- Emerging Nonprofits Grants
Funding Information
- Vulnerable Populations Grants – $2.2 million is available for nonprofit organizations to operate programs that serve vulnerable populations.
- Small Business Assistance Grants – $2.2 million is available for nonprofit organizations to operate small business assistance programs.
- Emerging Nonprofits Grants – $300,000 is available for grants to emerging nonprofits to operate programs that serve vulnerable populations or small businesses and receive organizational development support.
Eligibility Criteria
