Eligibility Criteria
- For a Non-profit Organization or Small Business to apply for Tell City American Rescue Plan Funding, the organization must have endured negative economic impacts due to COVID-19.
- Additionally, the organization must be located within the corporate city limits of Tell City and be willing to provide all applicable information requested in the application. The use of grant funds cannot duplicate prior funding received for the same purpose. The City of Tell City may monitor the use of the grant funds awarded to the beneficiary.
- Expenditures of grant funds by the beneficiary are limited to normal operating expenditures. Some examples of allowable uses of funds include: payroll and benefits for employees, supplies, maintenance services, utilities, and rent. Grant funds will not be awarded for the purpose of capital expenditures or improvements such as building modifications, remodeling, paving, roof replacement, equipment, or other fixtures.
