The Chuckanut Health Foundation is working to achieve the vision of a community where every child gets a healthy start and every person receives the care they need throughout their lifetime. This vision can only be achieved through collaboration with their nonprofit and community partners.
Grants will be awarded to organizations for programs and projects that benefit the people and communities of Whatcom County.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should be nonprofit organizations with 501(c)3 tax-exempt status, or groups fiscally sponsored by a nonprofit organization
- Applicants should demonstrate financial health and ongoing sustainability
- Applicants should document that access to their services comply with state and federal laws prohibiting discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender identity/sexual orientation, religious beliefs, disability, or veteran status.
- Preference will be given to non-profit organizations that are based in and operate within Whatcom County.
