The Jefferson Community Foundation was founded in 1999 to receive donations of cash or property, and to administer those assets for the educational, cultural and charitable benefit of the citizens in the Jefferson Wisconsin area.
The Grant Program is designed so that its resources can be used to create the maximum community benefit. It represents the spirit of the Foundation; It’s the entire community giving back to secure the future.
Purposes for which funds may be requested
- Projects should be for educational, cultural, charitable or benevolent purposes that will benefit and improve the Jefferson School District community.
- Projects should be creative, innovative and address community needs.
- Projects are expected to be accomplished within a specific period of time, generally not more than one year.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be not-for-profit, tax exempt and serve a public purpose.
