- Only Colorado residents can apply.

- All applications received will be reviewed and judged by Colorado Garden Foundation in order to choose one winning application.
- After the scholarship grant has been submitted to the college or university of the student’s choice, it cannot be transferred to another college or university without prior written permission from Colorado Garden Foundation.
