Details:

The Arts, Culture, and Tourism Microgrants Program may fund publicly accessible artistic projects within the City of South Lake Tahoe, including visual, performing, and literary arts, and cultural events. The microgrant is intended to be used as seed money or combined with a larger grant or other funding; it is not intended to fully fund projects, but rather to act as a catalyst by providing multiple, small grants to the South Lake Tahoe community by investing in local arts, culture, and tourism projects.

Funding Information

Up to $15,000 in grants will be awarded for the 2023 pilot year. Awards will be announced on or by Tuesday, May 9 and funds must be expended within one year from the date of the award. Grants are intended to provide unique opportunities for arts and culture in their community and should not be a substitute for ongoing activities from individuals or organizations.
