The Rolling Hills Estates Non-Profit Grant program is aimed at supporting non-profits located and operating within the City of Rolling Hills Estates.
Funding Information
The City will provide up to $2,500 for Rolling Hills Estates’ small businesses/ Non-Profits with 50 or less full time equivalent (FTE) employees on a first come, first served basis.
Eligibility Criteria
- For-profit business independently operated or non-profit organizations
- Physically located in Rolling Hills Estates
- Maximum of 50 full time equivalent (FTE) employees or less (including the owner)
- For-profit businesses must have a gross annual business revenue of no more than S3 million in 2022.
- Must have been in operation as of March 1, 2020
- Valid City Business License
- In compliance with all City, State, and Federal laws and regulations related to the operation of the business.
Eligible Expenses
- This grant is for the benefit of the organization in providing its service to the residents of Rolling Hills Estates.
- Eligible expenses include non-personnel related operating costs, program support, technology and equipment, initiatives, continued COVID precautionary measures, capital items, and marketing. Grant funds may not be used towards payroll, direct personnel expenses or expenses that will be reimbursed by forgivable loans or other grants.
Ineligibility Criteria
- Organizations with active code violations.
- Home based businesses and independent contractors.
