Details:
Funding is for projects that build leadership skills in youth through achievement in competitive team sports. Eligible activities include but are not limited to tournament and travel expenses, team fees, and equipment purchases. Youth served by the program must be from Los Alamos County and/or attending Los Alamos schools and be between the ages of 5-18.

- Applicants must be a registered and active 501(c)(3) and/or provide a fiscal sponsor. The organization or its fiscal sponsor must also be current in its registration with the NM Attorney General’s list of charitable organizations
- Applications are open to nonprofit organizations located in Los Alamos County.
- Applicants must complete all required fields and upload all required grant attachments.
- Late or incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
- Awarded funds must be utilized within one year.
- Recipients must submit a written report within 13 months.
