  • have a U.S. PayPal or Venmo Account and valid business profile on PayPal or Venmo in good standing, at the time of application and through the time of any grant award; and
  • own a business; defined, for purposes of this Grant Program, as a business entity that is duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of one of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia) with its principle place of business within the San Francisco Bay Area that:
    • can promptly provide all government (i.e., secretary of state) documentation requested by Sponsors or Administrator to show proof of business status;

    • operates independently and is not owned or controlled by a holding company, parent corporation, or a subsidiary of any such entity.
