Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to apply for funding, an organization must:
- be classified as a charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code,
- be located in Duluth, and
- be one of the ten organizations formerly selected by the donor. These include the following: Duluth Art Institute, Duluth Children’s Museum, Duluth Playhouse, Duluth Superior Area Educational TV Corp. (WDSE), Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra, Lake Superior Rose Society, Minnesota Ballet, Minnesota Public Radio, St. Louis County Heritage and Arts Center (Historic Union Depot), and Tweed Museum of Art.
