Program Structure

  • The program relies on 5 pillards:
    • 1:1 Coaching: startups receive 1:1 mentorship from iExec & H7 mentors. At times, this can also result in intros to experts in the extended network, depending on the problem at hand.
    • Workshop: twice a month, startups meet with dedicated iExec experts to share best practices on sales, monetization, product, legal and tech aspects.
    • Weekly Mastermind: founders meet weekly to share progress and challenges. Founders help each other identify solutions with support from iExec & H7 Team.
    • Openclassroom: they run 1 session per month where top-notch builders from the community share their stories and learnings as Web3 operators. This is typically followed by a Q&A.
    • Demo Day: get a chance to pitch at the end of the incubator in front of clients, potential partners or investors.
