In order to strengthen the interaction and exchange between citizens from UNESCO Creative Cities of Media Arts, Changsha cordially invites young people from each city to submit their drawings and photos to participate in this event.

The theme of this year’s event is Dialogue with the World: Co-Creating the Future.
Scope of creation
- Painting: Depict the future of your city with hand-drawn or digital painting.
- Photography: Create in the form of photography, centered on media arts installations and media arts landmarks in your city.
Benefit
- A selection of the best works will be exhibited in Changsha together with the participation of Chinese participants, and the young artists will receive a certificate as proof of their participation.
Participation Guidelines
- Participants: All people below the age of 30 from UNESCO Creative Cities of Media Arts
- Participation Instructions: Submit your works in the form of images (in JPG format). Please include the title and description of the works, your name and age. Images should have a resolution of 1080P or higher, with a file size of no less than 2 megabytes.
