This funding opportunity is available to private and public agencies that provide Supportive Services to people experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, homelessness within the cities of Kennewick, Richland, or Pasco.
Qualifying Populations
To qualify for HOME-ARP Supportive Services funding, the Applicant (“Applicant” or “Agency” throughout) must serve individuals and/or families that are:
- Experiencing homelessness
- At risk of homelessness
- Fleeing, or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking as defined by HUD
- Part of other populations where providing supportive services or assistance would prevent a family’s homelessness or would serve those with the greatest risk of housing instability.
