Eligibility Criteria
- Property must be a single-family home.
- Applicant must be the owner of record or the owner’s legally-appointed representative.
- Property must be located in the City of Irvine North El Camino Neighborhood – which consists of the Greentree tract, The Willows and El Camino Glen.
