The neighborhood grant program is open to homeowner associations (HOA) and to neighborhoods that do not have a structured HOA.
The goal of the grant program is to assist residents with making improvements to their neighborhoods.
Funding Information
There is $12,000 available and the maximum grant award is $2,000.
Eligible Projects
Projects should benefit and enhance the neighborhood. Projects must be completed within six months. Grant funds may not be used to supplement regular operating budgets. A project must fit into one of the following categories:
- Entry Beautification and Identification

Open Space and Common Area Enhancements

Security and Safety Improvements
Who is Eligible?
- Homeowner Associations (HOA) and Non-HOA neighborhoods may apply as long as they can demonstrate that their project provides a benefit to the community. These neighborhoods must be located within the Ocoee city limits.
- Homeowner Associations and Non-HOA’s may only apply for grant funds every other year.
