Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible for consideration, organizations must be invited to apply. The criteria for organizations invited to apply include:
- a 501(c)(3) public charity or fiscally sponsored by an organization that meets this requirement.
- Provide effective programs for seniors or low-income families
- located in Sacramento Counties
- This grant will accept proposals from organizations that are well-equipped to carry out the proposed projects effectively, and aligned with their missions. Submitted proposals must include clear and measurable activities and objectives for projects/programs that either:
- service seniors via efforts such as transportation, food delivery, housing assistance, or housing improvement for immobility needs; or
- service low-income families via efforts such as health-related home improvements and living assistance.
