Funding Information
This competitive grant program may provide financial assistance by contributing up to 50% of the costs, in an amount not to exceed $10,000 per project, associated with façade and beautification projects for properties throughout City limits.

The program provides financial assistance for the following external “facelift” improvements:
- Siding/Stucco
- Walls/Fencing/Railings
- ADA improvements
- Pedestrian amenities
- Windows/Doors
- Awnings/Canopies
- Lighting
- Painting (no Building permit required)
- Signage
- Detached monument signs (Planning/Zoning review required)
- Sidewalks/Surface Parking (Public Works permit required)
- Landscape/Xeriscape.

Businesses, homeowner associations and commercial property owners are eligible to apply.
Ineligible use of Funding
The following uses of Façade Grant funding are prohibited.
- New construction
- Rent/Lease or Mortgage
- Rental deposits
- Late Payment Fees
- Salaries
- Payment of debts
- Utility Bills
- Any and all other uses not listed in the eligible uses listed above.
