The Corridor Enhancement Grant supports community-serving nonprofits dedicated to enhancing the appearance, safety, livability of business districts in the neighborhoods they serve. The goal is to increase foot traffic, attract new businesses, promote available commercial real estate and a sense of community. They encourage applicants to propose projects that will enhance the “look and feel” of a commercial corridor by addressing public safety, beautification projects, and abandoned or deteriorated properties.

Eligible organizations can apply for an award amount of between $10,000 and $40,000 to complete their project.

Applicants must be a community-serving nonprofit organization located in the City of Philadelphia. This grant is meant to serve commercial corridors and businesses. If you received this grant before, you could apply again. However, you are encouraged to propose a new project.
