The Contracts for Services (CFS) Program provides unrestricted general operating and project support to nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations, arts and culture organizations, cultural institutions, colleges, universities, and government units that produce or present ongoing public arts programming. Funded programs should reflect Fulton County’s cultural diversity, captivate audiences of all ages, stimulate neighborhood growth, support economic development, and provide jobs.
