The Community Foundation has provided partnership and funding to support organizations that are lifting up the local neighborhoods. Supporting Neighborhoods grants are available to nonprofit organizations focused on strengthening neighborhood leadership, improving access to affordable housing, and/or equitably expanding economic opportunity for marginalized residents of Northeast Florida.
Funding Information
Applicants can request Up to $25,000.
Grant Period
June 1, 2025 – May 31, 2027.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nonprofit organizations with a current 501(3)(c), and a 2-year work history
- Annual operating budget of $100,000 or above
- Located in and serving at least one of these counties: Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns.
Ineligibility
- Athletic associations
- Fundraising event sponsorships
- Programs promoting religious beliefs
- Schools (public, private and charter) and school-based organizations (PTAs, boosters, etc)
- Requests outside the region (must be in: Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Putnam or St. Johns counties).
