The 2025 Hazardous Materials Instructor Training Grant Program is open to nonprofit organizations that demonstrate expertise in conducting a training program for existing HAZMAT employees, and the ability to reach and involve in a training program a target population of HAZMAT employees.

Grant Period
The period of performance is a minimum of 12 months from the effective date of the award. An applicant may request a period of performance up to 24 months.

- Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
- Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education.
