Impact Partner Operating Support Grants are competitive year-to-year grants that support the operations of a range of arts and culture organizations serving the community, with a maximum operational grant of $10,000. Impact Partner Operating Support Grants are made possible by contributions to the Cultural Alliance of York County annual campaign by businesses, community members, and foundations.

- In good standing with 501(c)3 status from the IRS and incorporated in the state of PA
- In continual operation for at least 3 years
- Operating with arts, culture or history as the organization’s primary mission or purpose
- In operation throughout the year and present programming to the community.
