The Greater Pulaski Community Endowment Fund is a geographically-specific fund administered by the Central New York Community Foundation. This philanthropic initiative serves as a collection of gifts from many donors who are committed to preserving and enhancing the quality of life for residents of Pulaski and the Town of Richland through a permanent charitable endowment. Grants are awarded annually to aid vital programs in the fields of arts & culture, environment & animals, education, human services, health and civic affairs.
The Advisory Committee looks for innovative programs that address problems to be solved, or opportunities to be seized, in Pulaski or the Town of Richland. Priority is given to capacity-building activities and new projects within an organization rather than ongoing projects/programs. They invite proposals that:
- Suggest practical approaches to community problems.
- Promote cooperation among agencies without duplicating services.
- Generate community support, both professional and volunteer.
- Strengthen an agency’s effectiveness or stability.
- Address prevention as well as remediation.

Eligibility Criteria
- 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organizations, publicly supported organizations such as schools and municipalities, and organizations using a 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor
- Organizations serving residents of Pulaski and the Town of Richland
- Organizations that have completed any projects/programs previously funded by the Pulaski Fund.
