OKC Latino Accelerator for For-Profit businesses in Oklahoma

This program, run in partnership with the Alliance for Economic Development of Oklahoma City, provides a learning platform for the next generation of Latino-owned businesses in Oklahoma City to develop a path to grow their business to one million dollars in revenue.

Alongside StitchCrew and business experts, participants will have the opportunity to refine and scale their approach to build scalable business models and compound revenue.

A non-dilutive $15,000 stipend.
Access to working space at the Oklahoma City Thunder Launchpad.
Business Coaching from StitchCrew, Investors, Executives as well as our extended network of business leaders.
Weekly content to help you dive deep into relevant topics during group working sessions and one-on-one meetings.
Community with other Founders.

At the end the program participants will have the opportunity to showcase their products and stories to the community.

Funding Information

Selected participants will receive a $15,000 non-dilutive grant, access to working space at the Thunder Launchpad and learn from Industry Executives, Investors and business leaders.

Selected companies must commit to having at least one Founder participate in:

An 8 week program that will run in the Spring of 2023
Weekly sessions (2-3 hours per week)
Office Hours (optional and as needed)
An in-person, half day event

Overall time commitment will require about 4 hours every week. Additional opportunities to engage with Capital Providers, Executives and/or Thought Leaders in the space will be available throughout the program. As these opportunities present, they’ll be communicated well in advance to selected participants.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered, companies must be:

For-profit businesses, registered with the Oklahoma Secretary of State
Minority- Owned
100 or fewer Full Time Employees
Based within Oklahoma City limits

Because participants will be receiving funding from the American Rescue Plan Act, they cannot accept:

Businesses with any outstanding business-related liens or judgments
Businesses that are in active default (not on a payment plan) with taxes or fees owed to the City of Oklahoma City
Government-owned entities or elected official offices
Businesses primarily engaged in political or lobbying activities
Businesses engaged in any illegal activity
Any business related to the medical marijuana industry
