- Registered with the Georgia Secretary of State as a nonprofit
- Board composition: they aim for organizations to have at least nine board members Organizational budget size of $5M or less
- Alignment to Program Category(ies)
- Emergency or Stable Housing / Food insecurity / Childcare / Literacy / Mental Health Transportation
- Demonstrated track record of reporting standards and procedures
- Consideration will be given for BIPOC-led organizations.
