The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity is to provide grant funding to non-profit organizations and institutions of higher education who possess the expertise and experience necessary to develop and deliver multi-state and national earthquake mitigation and preparedness products and services, on behalf of states participating FEMA NEHRP State Assistance program. This NOFO funds Multi-State and National activities and is not intended to provide assistance to any one particular state or territory.
Priorities
All activities funded by the FEMA NEHRP, Multi-State and National Earthquake Assistance grant program must be consistent with NEHRP Vision, Mission, Goals and FEMA Program Responsibilities, and ultimately result in a measurable enhancement of National seismic safety and earthquake risk awareness.
