Funding Information
- There is no minimum grant amount; the maximum award is $180,000.
- The project period is 24 months starting July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2024.
Eligible Activities
These funds will assist programs in preventing, preparing, and responding to COVID-19 as they provide critical services to survivors of domestic and sexual assault. Eligible activities will support COVID-19 mitigation, and include but are not limited to the following:

These activities could include resources for:
- Testing for COVID-19
- Personal protective equipment (PPE), masks, hand sanitizer, etc.
- Isolation spaces such hotel/motel spaces for isolating/quarantining survivors
- Increasing access to vaccines for COVID-19
- Hazard pay for staff
Eligibility Criteria
Nonprofit agencies serving survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault that do not currently have a CVS-2022 grant from OJP are eligible to apply. Culturally specific programs are encouraged to apply. Agencies working together need to identify one agency as the applicant and official grant recipient; budgets can include contracts with partner agencies.
