Details:
Eligible projects will improve air quality and work to counter the climate crisis by producing renewable energy, increasing energy efficiency, or promoting the switch to clean and renewable energy sources. LADWP is especially interested in supporting innovative projects that engage communities in improving the environment.

- Renewable Energy or Integration of Renewable Energy
- Energy Efficiency and Fuel-Switching (i.e. switching from natural gas, propane, or diesel to electric equipment)
- Energy-efficient equipment rebates
- Energy-efficient building retrofits
- Other projects that reduce energy demand
- Infrastructure projects including public or private electric vehicle infrastructure
- Other projects supporting active transportation, zero-emission vehicles, or public transportation.

- Achieve local emission reductions
- Benefit current or future Electronic Vehicle (EV) customers
- Benefits community health by reducing emissions through electrification
- Educate the public on the benefits of EV transportation (education must be a component of electrification projects).

Eligibility Criteria
- Projects must be located or serving Council Districts 2, 6, 7 and 15. Your organization can be located outside of these districts, but must be within Los Angeles city limits.
- Maximum 3 years to complete
- Must provide energy-related environmental benefits to communities.
