Eligibility Criteria
- Open to women who are working to complete their education or to pursue additional schooling toward higher-level career goals, professional certification, or other degrees
- The scholarship is not intended for recent high school graduates or current graduating seniors
- Applicants must reside in: Wood, Wirt, Ritchie, Calhoun, Gilmer, Roane, Pleasants, Jackson, Mason, Doddridge or Tyler counties in West Virginia or Meigs, Athens, or Washington counties in Ohio.
