The Elder Service Innovation (ESI) grant is an opportunity is to fund innovative projects that will create or enhance services for elders to help them age in place in rural Oregon. Projects may be entirely new or build upon existing services, but must be innovative and potentially serve as a best practice model to be shared around the state and country. A strong application will demonstrate partnership with external organizations and a plan for sustainability beyond the project period. Applications that request support to maintain existing services, or primarily support salaries will not be considered.
A few notes with regard to ESI projects:
