The membership has a special interest in supporting collaborative projects that reduce or eliminate redundancy among non-profits.

Criteria
All applicant organizations must be located in or serving the greater Wheeling area (defined as Ohio, Marshall, Brooke and Belmont counties) and, as with any CFOV grantee, be a 501(c)(3) organization or other qualified entity in good standing with the IRS at the time of application.
