The Great Smokies Health Foundation is providing two virtual information sessions on the 2022 Community Grant application process for both current/prior grantees as well as eligible organizations seeking funding from the Foundation for the first time.
The mission of Great Smokies Health Foundation is to improve the health status of the residents of Jackson, Swain, Macon, and Graham counties in North Carolina through investment and collaboration focused on health, wellness, and prevention.
Funding Information
Great Smokies Health Foundation Community Grants are intended to be a one-time award of up to $5,000 and focus on health, wellness and prevention programs/services.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligible applicants must be IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, governmental entities (municipal or county), or educational institutions providing services in Jackson, Swain, Macon, and Graham counties in North Carolina.
