The Lee County Charitable Fund will distribute up to $25,000.00 in a Community Impact Grant to a Lee County nonprofit organization that is focused on addressing a Lee County community need. Lee County non-profit organizations can apply on an annual basis, but if an organization receives a community impact grant, that organization will not be able to apply again for a 2-year period. The Lee County Impact Grant Committee accepts applications from non-profit organizations with a 501 (c) (3) status, governmental organizations, and educational organizations.

Eligibility Criteria
In the online application, please attach one (1) copy of your organizations up-to-date IRS Determination Letter establishing that the applicant is a 501 (c) (3) organization or a notarized form demonstrating that the organization is a qualified exempt government agency of Lee County, Iowa. If the organization receives a grant, the address listed on the IRS 501 (c) (3) Determination Letter will be used in the payment.
