Health insurance might be an issue for entrepreneurs especially if they are not covered by a partner, parent, past employer, or the government. Health insurance can range between hundreds to thousands of dollars per month not including appointments, procedures, prescriptions, etc. This reality might drive individuals away from pursuing their entrepreneurial dreams and steer them towards the benefits provided by a private employer.
One woman entrepreneur will receive $2,500 for basic health insurance and medical expenses.

- Use the funds between June 2023 – June 2024.
Eligibility Criteria
- Identify as a woman entrepreneur with an established business
- Business must be entrepreneur’s full-time job
- Prove use of funds (documentation, proof from external agency)
- Provide proof/ evidence of income – 2022 and/of 2021 (if selected)
- If selected, submit Required New Vendor Forms (will be provided by their Foundation).
Criteria
- Demonstrate financial need and proof that grant will further entrepreneur business
- Strength of written answers
- Clear plan for use of grant.
