- Up to $5,000 – 1-4 Full-Time Employees
- Up to $7,500 – 5-25 Full-Time Employees
* If the total amount of funds requested exceed the $300,000 available, each grant award will be reduced proportionally.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this program, businesses must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- For profit businesses that have been negatively affected by the pandemic may apply
- Applicants must have had a 10% or more reduction in gross revenue OR increased costs resulting from COVID-19
- Physical commercial address must be in Forest Grove, and must have a valid City of Forest Grove Business License
- Businesses must have 25 or fewer full-time employees including the business owner. Businesses may include part-time employees in its full-time equivalent count. 2 half-time employees = 1 full-time employee. Sole proprietorships and single-person companies are eligible.
- Businesses must have been in business as of March 1, 2020
