The Non-Profit Assistance (NPA) Program, funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), reimburses non-profits’ for eligible expenses up to their award amount.
Funding Information
The minimum award is $25,000 and the maximum award is $50,000. Approximately $200,000 is available through the program.
Eligibility Criteria
Non-Profits must meet all requirements listed below to be eligible for the program:
- Be a non-profit organization (501(c)(3) or 501(c)(19))
- Have an office located in the City of Lodi
- Possess a valid City of Lodi business license as of date of application
- Able to demonstrate a direct or indirect financial impact from COVID-19
- If you were awarded in the first round of application cycles, your organization would not be eligible at this time to reapply for additional funding.
Use of Funds
Funds will provide operating capital, such as payroll, insurance, lease/mortgage payments, inventory, marketing, accounting, and other supplies or loss of revenue related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Documented COVID-19 related costs or loss of revenue will have to have already be incurred by the non-profit to be reimbursed by the program. The NPA Program can reimburse costs from March 2020 or later.
