Purpose
The purpose of the grant is to:
- provide energy efficiency related upgrades and repairs to correct hazardous conditions
- eliminate safety hazards
- repair or replace major systems
- correct interior and exterior deficiencies
- make energy improvements or modifications for persons with disabilities; and
- eliminate lead based paint hazards
