Dated: July 28, 2022

Chronus will grant one eligible non-profit—with a mission centered around racial equity for Black, Indigenous and/or other communities of color—a three-year contract for Chronus mentoring software and standard services.

Donor Name: Chronus

State: All States

County: All Counties

Territory: Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands

Type of Grant: Grant

Deadline: 09/02/2022

Size of the Grant: $7,500

Details:

We all want to believe that hard work is enough to propel someone, regardless of their demographics or background, to a successful future. Sadly, that is not the world in which they live. Racism is a systemic issue that permeates every aspect of our culture. Without intentional interventions, inequities will remain. What can we, as a mentoring software company, do that would create real and lasting change? We realized we could do what we’ve always strived to do—support impactful mentoring programs via software and services—but specifically for organizations that are working diligently to seek racial equity and justice.

This grant program aims to be an ally in the pursuit for racial equity and equality in the world in which they work and live.

The basic, human need to connect has always brought people together, even in times of social and physical distancing. Now more than ever, it’s imperative that organizations work to build systems for connection, kinship and understanding for the people they serve. With the help of mentoring, they believe people can see greater success no matter their challenges or obstacles.

The winning non-profit will receive a three-year contract for Chronus mentoring software and standard customer success services for a mentoring program supporting up to 500 program participants (aka mentors/mentees) concurrently.

Funding Information

In addition, the winning non-profit will receive a one-time cash grant in the amount of $7,500 in order to assist in implementing and facilitating a mentoring program using the Chronus mentoring software.
