Details:

They all want to believe that hard work is enough to propel someone, regardless of their demographics or background, to a successful future. Sadly, that is not the world in which they live. Racism is a systemic issue that permeates every aspect of their culture. Without intentional interventions, inequities will remain. What can they, as a mentoring software company, do that would create real and lasting change? They realized that they could do what they’ve always strived to do—support impactful mentoring programs via software and services—but specifically for organizations that are working diligently to seek racial equity and justice.

The basic, human need to connect has always brought people together, even in times of social and physical distancing. Now more than ever, it’s imperative that organizations work to build systems for connection, kinship and understanding for the people they serve. With the help of mentoring, they believe people can see greater success no matter their challenges or obstacles.

Mentoring enables people to learn from one another, break down barriers and foster skills and knowledge that can propel individuals to future success

What will the Winning Organization Receive?

  • The winning non-profit will receive a three-year contract for Chronus mentoring software and standard customer success services for a mentoring program supporting up to 500 program participants (aka mentors/mentees) concurrently.
