Founders First is committed to increasing the number of diverse founder-led companies generating over $1 million in revenue and creating premium-wage jobs. To be eligible, the company’s founder must identify as LGBTQIA+, have an active U.S.-based business, be the CEO, President, or owner, and employ between 2 and 50 employees.

How It Works
- Complete full application which includes information about your business and a short 1-3 minute pitch video.
- All completed applications will be reviewed and 50 grant semi-finalists will be selected for their final judging round.
- All semi-finalists will have the opportunity to complete asynchronous fund ready assessment.
- All finalists are announced during a live press event.
Eligibility Criteria
- Identify as a LGBTQIA+ business owner
- Must be a CEO, President, or Business Owner
- 2 to 50 employees
- Minimum of 1 year in business
- Business Annual Revenue does not exceed $5M
- Have an active U.S. based business.
