This grant cycle aims to provide flexible, unrestricted support to a wide variety of Tompkins County organizations that contribute to the resiliency of the many and diverse Tompkins County communities.
All organizations serving Tompkins County are welcome to apply, but funding support will be limited to services in Tompkins County. This grant cycle supports organizations whose mission is important to building resiliency in the communities as they continue to face many challenges in the aftermath of the pandemic environment. Preference will be given to those organizations who effectively set and meet goals in service to their mission, have communicated well with those they serve, and are effectively assessing and adjusting services to meet community needs. Your application will be assigned to a community-represented grant review team. They will be looking for clear evidence of collaboration, active sharing, and planning across organizations in service to overall improved outcomes, and organizational capacity well-suited to meet the goals of the mission. This grant cycle aims to foster work and practices that contribute to diversity, equity, inclusion and racial justice in services and service outcomes.

Grant Range: $500-$10,000.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligible applicants include 501 c 3 organizations, school districts, municipalities, and faith communities (only for programs available to all). Prospective applicants not in these organizational forms may secure a fiscal sponsorship relationship from an entity in these categories to become eligible. Eligibility is limited to those organizations serving the greater Tompkins County, NY communities.
