A 501(c) (3) organization, a unit of government, the school district, or a project – program that has a charitable purpose. This includes the areas of townships and borough served by the Northern Potter School District: Ulysses Township, Ulysses Borough, Harrison Township, Genesee Township, Allegany Township, Bingham Township, and Hector Township.
