Local Priorities
The Raynham Cultural Council gives priority consideration to:
- Projects to be more inclusive for diverse groups
- New applicants and projects
- Project proposals from local artists
- Projects promoting visual arts, local history, music, and science literacy, including local environmental issues
- Collaborative projects between council and applicants
They also will be working to increase their marketing and presence on social media on multiple platforms.

Applicants must reside or be located in Massachusetts. Local Cultural Councils may accept applications from anyone included in the following list:
- Individuals
- Incorporated private nonprofit organizations.
- Unincorporated associations that can establish a nonprofit objective.
- Public schools, libraries, other municipal agencies, and the Local Cultural Council itself.
- Religious organizations.
