The City of Grants Pass owns and maintains a series of public parking lots with a wildlife theme and has placed City-branded signage to improve access and utilization of their downtown parking lots and enhance the tourist experience.

Adding public art created by local artists adds value to community and helps make Grants Pass a cultural hub of Southern Oregon. As part of that effort, the City ha committed to place art in each of the lots. The CoPA (Committee on Public Art) seeks to commission an art piece to be placed by June 30,2023 at the Beaver Lot, located at the southwest corner of 7 th and G Street.

Proposals up to $15,000 will be considered.
Eligibility Criteria
- Proposals are solicited from professional artists. Proposals shall include renderings and complete description of the proposed art including installation requirements.
- Applications should include a resume/curriculum vitae, a short biography, and a statement of interest regarding the project and the proposed site. Up to four examples of recent work should be included as prints or digital images.
