Eligibility Criteria
- Must provide registration with Lt. Governors Office (or Certificate of Good Standing) for 2022.
- Less than 100 employees (not contractors).
- Must be “in business” a minimum of six (6) months from time of application.
- Must provide Bona-fide records of sales or Profit & Loss/Income Statement for 2022.
- Must provide copy of DLCA or other Agency issued business License for 2022.
- On-line businesses must provide local bank statement (with account numbers crossed out or redacted).
