Eligibility Criteria
Entries can only be submitted by individuals who are legal U.S. residents of New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut, eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, who reside within a 150-mile radius of the arena at Madison Square Garden (the “Arena”) and who are currently a small business owner as defined by the Small Business Administration (each, an “Entrant”, “you” or “your”). Employees, temporary workers, freelancers, and independent contractors of New York Knicks, LLC, Squarespace, Inc. (“Squarespace”), MSG Sports, LLC (“MSGS”), MSG Entertainment Group, LLC (“MSGE”), The National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), the NBA Member Teams, NBA Media Ventures, LLC, NBA TV, LLC, and NBA Enterprises, LLC (collectively, the “NBA Entities”), and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize providers, and members of the immediate family (parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, spouse or siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those persons, whether or not related, living in the same households of any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate.
