- Non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status as determined by the Internal Revenue Service or non-profit status under Washington State Law RCW 9.46.0920
- Government Agency
- State Recognized Public School
Applications must also meet the following two criteria:
- Funding proposals must address one of the priority areas identified above; and
- Proposals must show how they address the needs of the community, organization, or region.
