Throughout the 12-month program, fellows receive a monthly education stipend for maintaining satisfactory academic standing, attending industry events, and providing peer mentorship.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Innovation Fellowship:
- Be a resident of New York State, Newark, NJ, Atlanta, GA, Los Angeles, CA, or Washington D.C.
- Be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program
- Make less than $60,000 a year or less or less than $55,000 in Atlanta
- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency (HSE)
- Authorized to work in the United States or current work visa
- Speak and understand (written and spoken) English that enables a fellow to fully participate in classes, certification preparation, and fluency required for the average workplace
- Possess basic computer literacy skills (typing, internet research, email, etc.)
- Complete the entire recruitment process, pass included assessments, and complete and pass the prerequisite Foundations course.
