As part of the Chicago Bulls’ Civic Engagement pillar, this partnership with AMPT: Advancing Nonprofits and PepsiCo. will leverage the people and financial assets of the Chicago Bulls and PepsiCo. organizations to benefit Black and Latine-led nonprofit organizations in Chicago that support workforce development in their communities.
Project Elevate will host a one-day conference to bring participants together for capacity-building workshops led by professionals from the Chicago Bulls and Pepsi Co., fostering a collaborative environment. Attendees will also engage in community building and share best practices, amplifying their impact and effectiveness in their communities.
Criteria
Nonprofit organizations led by and serving Black and Latine people, and have or are currently receiving supports from AMPT, will have the opportunity to connect with staff at the Chicago Bulls to receive support through a summit event featuring:
- Community Building
- Corporate Relations Panel
- Branding and Marketing Workshop
- Pitch Presentation Workshop
This partnership will select up to 40 organizations who are contributing to workforce development in their communities. These organizations will be asked to commit to a partnership agreement that details the expectations of the partnership.
